What does it cost?

Reporting a claim is free. For collection we work on a no-cure-no-pay basis: you only pay a success fee when we actually recover your money.

How fast do you start?

Quickly. Once you submit a claim we begin the assessment and keep you informed at every step.

Which claims do you handle?

B2B claims of all kinds — from single overdue invoices to large portfolios — across the sectors we serve, in the Netherlands and abroad.

Do you also collect abroad?

Yes. We pursue cross-border claims with local language and knowledge of local law and payment culture.

What happens if the debtor won't pay?

If amicable recovery doesn't work, we can escalate through judicial collection — summons, judgment and enforcement — with clear advice on costs and chances first.

Will it damage my customer relationship?

Our default approach is firm but relationship-aware. Where you want to keep the customer, we recover what's owed while keeping the door open.

How do you handle my data?

In line with the EU GDPR / AVG. We only use data to assess and pursue your case. See our privacy policy for details.

Is Firontis a law firm?

Firontis is a debt collection and credit-management company. Where legal proceedings are needed, we work with the appropriate legal expertise.

Can I outsource my whole dunning process?

Yes — our receivables management service handles reminders and follow-up in your name, partially or completely.
