Firontis provides credit information and debt collection services for businesses and operates consumer brands. This website is informational and does not by itself create any service agreement.
Consumer ventures & no cure, no pay
Consumer recovery is provided through our ventures on a no-cure-no-pay basis, subject to the specific terms published on each brand's website.
Intellectual property
The Firontis name, logo and the content of this site are protected and may not be used without our written permission.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Firontis is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
